In front of it, it is decorated with stone gardens, i.e. part of the exterior where you can sit comfortably in the chairs and peacefully absorb the impression of the Divčibar region. None of your senses will remain passive, whether you breathe in the air created by the wind rose here, or listen to and observe the mountain stream that is located at the foot of the property. For younger guests, there is a children's playground with a house, slides, a climbing frame and swings. Considering the proximity and popularity of skiing in this area, this facility is an excellent starting point for your activities on the ski slopes, of which Divčibare really has a lot. When it comes to equipment and accompanying content, there is a designated part of the house that is a storage room for winter items and other elements. During the summer days, this property offers a completely naturally cooled plot in the middle of a lush forest world that is there to relax you.

A cot with a mattress is also available, so the total sleeping capacity of the house is -10. The facility is covered by fiber optic internet, has TV facilities and access to a private parking lot for a simpler stay.
