Description: Enjoy the peace and beauty of the Banat village of Baranda, only 40 km from the center of Belgrade in the direction of Zrenjanin. On the property of 32 ares there is a charming cottage that represents a combination of traditional and modern.

This house, with its monumentality and stylishly rich interior, provides a multi-purpose space for relaxation and enjoyment. Located in two parts, the house consists of the main building and a summer house with a barbecue, a completely renovated old barn, which further enriches the experience of the entire space.

The main house welcomes you with a spacious porch, leading you to a central room with a fireplace, stove and dining table. The salon exudes elegance with a sofa, a piano, a glamorous mirror and stylish pieces of furniture. The kitchen, fully equipped, is connected to the dining room, which can seat about 25 people. Two additional rooms are not subject to rental.

A summer house with a barbecue and an old barn as a second unit, provides additional space for relaxation, and two bathrooms with showers ensure comfort. The third unit consists of wigwams and houses, located in an enchanting environment with artworks by Nenad Stojkov.

3 wigwams and 3 cottages are provided for the accommodation of guests. The wigwams are used in the summer and each has an electricity connection and 4 beds. The cottages are equipped with a double bed, a small storage space and a bathroom, while one cottage has a bunk bed. The total sleeping capacity of the complex is for - 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.

Baranda, located in the plain, offers a bicycle path that connects it to Opova. The River Thames, a favorite spot for fishing enthusiasts, is also nearby, as is the old church in the village itself. Attractions such as Idvor, Perlez and Kovačica, known for their naive art, will further enrich your stay.

A number of additional services are available to guests, including airport pick-up, city pick-up, celebration cakes, catering and even cab hire.

In Baranda, the hostess of the house, a great Banat cook, is engaged to satisfy even the most refined gastronomic demands. The second part of the yard includes an artificial pond and a hill with a paved top, ideal for organizing different types of events on nice days.
