On a 32-acre property, there is a charming weekend house that represents a combination of traditional and modern. There is a 4 x 12m swimming pool, 1.5 m deep with salt water.
This house, with its monumentality and stylish interior, provides a multifunctional space for relaxation and enjoyment. Set in two parts, the house consists of the main building and a summer house with a barbecue, a completely renovated old barn, which further enriches the experience of the entire space.
The main house welcomes you with a spacious porch, leading you to the central room with a fireplace, stove and dining table. The salon exudes elegance with a seating area, a piano, a glamorous mirror and stylish pieces of furniture. The kitchen, fully equipped, is connected to the dining room that can seat about 25 people. The two additional rooms are not subject to rental.
The summer house with a barbecue and an old barn, as the second unit, provides additional space for relaxation, and two bathrooms with showers ensure comfort. The third unit consists of wigwams and cottages, located in a charming environment with works of art by Nenad Stojkov.
3 wigwams and 3 cottages are planned for guest accommodation. Wigwams are used only in the summer period and each has an electricity connection and 4 beds. The cottages are equipped with a double bed, a small storage space and a bathroom, while one cottage also has a bunk bed. The total sleeping capacity of the complex is for - 8 people (+12 people in the summer period). Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
Baranda, located in the plain, offers a bicycle path that connects it to Opovo. The Tamiš River, a favorite place for fishing enthusiasts, is also nearby, as is the old church in the village itself. Attractions such as Idvor, Perlez and Kovačica, known for their naive art, will further enrich your stay.
Guests can avail of a number of additional services, including airport pick-up, city transportation, ordering party cakes, catering, and even renting a carriage.
