This house, with its monumentality and stylishly rich interior, provides a multipurpose space for relaxation and enjoyment. Located in two parts, the house consists of the main building and a summer house with a barbecue, a completely renovated old barn, which further enriches the experience of the entire space.
The main house welcomes you with a spacious porch, leading you to a central room with a fireplace, stove and dining table. The living room exudes elegance with a sofa, a piano, a glamorous mirror and stylish pieces of furniture. The kitchen, fully equipped, is connected to the dining room, which can seat about 25 people. Two additional rooms are not subject to rental.
Summer house with barbecue and old barn as a second unit, provides additional space for relaxation, and two bathrooms with showers ensure comfort. The third unit consists of wigwams and houses, located in an enchanting environment with artworks by Nenad Stojkov.
3 wigwams and 3 cottages are provided for the accommodation of guests. The wigwams are used in the summer and each one has an electricity connection and 4 beds. The houses are equipped with a double bed, a small storage area and a bathroom, while one house has a bunk bed. The total sleeping capacity of the complex is for - 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
Baranda, located in the plain, offers a bicycle path that connects it to Opova. The River Tamish, a favorite spot for fishing enthusiasts, is also nearby, as is the old church in the village itself. Attractions such as Idvor, Perlez and Kovačica, known for their naive art, will further enrich your stay.
