The facility is located ~1 hour from Zlatibor, while it is ~2.30 hours from Belgrade.

Dinastija cottage is in the hustle and bustle created by the quality ambience of untamed forest nature, but also in the vicinity of various sights and attractions. The location of the guest house with the accompanying building and outdoor facilities is connected to the cascade, which is protected by thick trees on the back and completely open to the endless landscape on the front. In the neat courtyard of the Dynasty, a table with chairs stands out from the corners, as well as a modern summer house under the shade of the roof. There is a bar element, garden furniture, props for recreation, an equipped kitchen corner and others.

There is also a modern swimming pool with a beach plateau, which is filled with deckchairs and an outdoor shower. Here you can spend your favorite time of the day - whether it's the first morning refreshing under the sun, late afternoon with a glass of wine in hand, or enjoying a conversation with your loved ones when the sky is starry and clear. There is also a trampoline for the entertainment of guests of all ages, and the facility can accommodate up to 20 people in the living room. The property is suitable for family gatherings, intimate celebrations with loved ones, idea team buidling with the company as well as all kinds of celebrations that fully agree with the atmosphere of the property and house rules.

The guest house is a contemporary representation styled in an A-frame modern log cabin with a dominant presence of wood. It consists of a ground floor and a level. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a kitchen with a dining room as well as a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. There are two bedrooms on the first floor of the building - one has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. From the living room there is direct access to a spacious terrace with a view of the pool area and the surrounding landscape. The total sleeping capacity of the Dynasty is -8 people. The building is air-conditioned, and has a modern fireplace that creates warmth recognizable for the winter period of the year. In addition to Wi-Fi signal and TV content, parking on the property is also available to guests.
