A spacious house of 90m2 provides comfortable accommodation for your vacation. Two bedrooms allow a peaceful sleep. The master bedroom contains a comfortable double bed and a work area for those who want to work online. The second room is a children's room, equipped with a bunk bed - the upper part of the bed measures 90x200cm, while the lower part is extended to 140x200cm. The large P-shaped settee offers additional space for comfortable relaxation, and three people can comfortably lie on it. The total sleeping capacity in the house is - 8 people.

The 10-acre yard provides additional amenities. Children will enjoy the fully equipped playground, while the whole family and friends will be able to relax in the pergola. There is a shower with hot water and a tap at your disposal. The house is ideal for families and small groups, but not for organizing parties. Daily variants of celebrations are possible, but only with families of up to 10 people.

In addition to comfortable accommodation, the surrounding area offers a variety of activities. Take a walk along the forest trails of Kosmaj, enjoy cycling or exploring the Tresija monastery. For nature lovers, we recommend a visit to the viewpoint, which offers an unforgettable view of the surroundings.
