The central part of the property consists of, in addition to the villa from which there is direct access to the courtyard, a lounge plateau surrounding the swimming pool with a marble basin and crystal clear water - illuminated for complete enjoyment even during the night hours. Guests are provided with deck chairs, chairs, and since the property is located prominently, a beautiful panorama of the surroundings is achieved from here, i.e. it offers a view worth every moment. Barbecue facilities are available for gourmets, and upon additional request, catering, staff services and additional equipment can be organized. What certainly sets this facility apart from the rest is - a fully functional padel court, basketball (3x3), as well as tennis, for all recreational players.

The facility is suitable for organized celebrations, celebrations, team building, corporate gatherings, as well as all types of rentals that fit into the idea of ​​the resort - and the living room of Vila Moderna can accommodate up to - 30 people.

The rooms are furnished in a hotel style, so they have all the necessary furniture for the comfort of guests. The total sleeping capacity of the villa is - 14. The villa is air-conditioned, and also has a fireplace, which creates a special charm in the winter period. The offer also includes TV facilities, Wi-Fi signal, as well as all necessary guest toilets.

Your pets are welcome during your stay, with personal supervision - and a parking area is also provided for easier access to the property.
