With great effort and attention to detail, the cottage was integrated into the forest greenery in a location that is not urbanized, and apart from the unique character of nature, the exterior of the building is equally authentic due to its structure and the materials used to build all the elements of the plot. The best view of the river panorama is seen from the platform on the water where you can enjoy the sunny moments, as well as the starry sky when the night hours are spent here with your favorite drink. On the ground floor of the stilt house, there is a specially equipped summer house, along with garden furniture, kitchen appliances and barbecue facilities that are always at your disposal. On the first floor there is a spacious balcony in the shade of the vegetation, open to the rest of the estate. Your little ones can play carefree here in the conditions of untouched nature, and as the facility is also suitable for certain gatherings - the entire space can be a place for coastal hedonism.
The facility is suitable for family gatherings, guest stays with loved ones, informal relaxation with colleagues - as well as all kinds of celebrations that are the subject of renting a greenhouse. In the living room, the building can host up to - 20 people. In the immediate vicinity is the building Stilt House on Sava 1 - which can be rented individually due to its larger capacity, as well as separately.
The interior is in harmony with the exterior of the cottage, so wooden elements dominate and a stylish representation of a real "home" atmosphere. On the first floor of the building there is a living room. with sofa and armchair, equipped kitchen and bathroom. In the gallery of the building, i.e. in the attic itself, there is a sleeping area with one corner set and two French beds. With an additional folding bed in the living room, the total sleeping capacity of the cottage is - 6. The property has TV content, Wi-Fi and basic guest sanitary facilities. On request, it is also possible to use a boat, and in the immediate vicinity there are various popular outdoor locations and facilities for adventure and active vacations in nature.
