Sveti Petar is a small and quiet tourist place in Zadar County. It is located halfway between Zadar and Biograd. It was named after the church of St. Peter the Apostle from the 18th century, which dominates the town's view. In the center of the town, you can still see the remains of the medieval farm buildings that belonged to the former abbey. One of the interesting things that is also located in the center of the town along the coast is the village well with drinking water that never dries up. The well was built in 1911 and was the only source of drinking water in the area, which was used for drinking, but also for watering livestock.
