Villa Zlatni Mir stretches across a shaded forested area, creating a special sense of intimacy for all moments spent at the villa. With the Danube River easily accessible and close to the villa, the property is a true haven for nature lovers. The estate's layout is striking, featuring the guest accommodation (the villa) at its center. In front of it lies a spacious platform with a pool and sunbathing amenities, while at the platform’s "lower end," there is a designated fire pit area where you can enjoy starry nights around an open flame.

For your celebrations and gatherings, the estate provides a fully equipped summer pavilion. Designed with wooden and stone elements, it offers a unique ambiance for dining and outdoor festivities. The pavilion includes a built-in grill, a large table with benches, a garden area, and a cooling unit. For children's entertainment, there is a large play island covered with artificial grass for safer enjoyment.

The pool features a crystal-clear basin, a garden fountain with a waterfall, and sun loungers for your relaxation.

The ground floor includes an apartment with a bathroom and two bedrooms. One room features a double bed and two single beds, while the other contains two sofa beds (each for two people), accommodating up to 6 people. The second apartment is in the attic and comprises a bedroom with two double beds and two single beds, a spacious living room with a pull-out couch, a kitchen, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 6 people.

The villa boasts several terraces, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms with all necessary sanitary facilities. The property is air-conditioned, has a fireplace, Wi-Fi, and a parking area for convenient access. Pets are welcome under personal supervision.
