The property is approximately a 1.5-hour drive from Belgrade and about 45 minutes from Novi Sad.

Villa na Tisi offers all the amenities for a day stay or overnight rental, all in the neighborhood of pristine nature and the beauty of the river area. Guests have access not only to the spacious estate and guesthouse but also to amenities “on the water” and opportunities to explore the local nature. Enjoy your stay with activities like relaxing on a private sandy beach with a pier on the Dead Tisa, paddling on SUP boards or kayaks, or unwinding in the large swimming pool with a sun deck and garden furniture that is part of the exterior. Outdoor facilities also include a modern summer house equipped with sound systems, a bar area, a built-in grill, and a dining area for gathering with loved ones. Additional amenities include a cooling cabinet, a baby highchair, water mattresses, sunbed towels, a TV, and a modern, separate bathroom with an outdoor shower for refreshing at any time. The property is surrounded by natural vegetation and trees, and an ideal shaded terrace offers a cool retreat during summer days.

Villa na Tisi is perfect for family vacations, countryside escapes with close ones, team building events, celebrations, engagement parties, and various types of photo shoots thanks to the vivid surroundings. The villa can host up to 80 people for daytime events.

The guest villa consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. The ground floor features a spacious living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, all designed in a striking minimalist style. The upper floor houses two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with a king-size bed plus an additional single bed. With extra sleeping arrangements in the living room and summer house, the total sleeping capacity of the villa is 10. The property includes three separate bathrooms and all essential guest sanitary facilities. The space is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a parking zone for a more convenient stay.
