This spacious building belongs to the locality of Ostružnica, only ~20 minutes from the center of Belgrade, right on the banks of the Sava River and "within sight" of the city's panorama.

Dragon's Nest 1 is a guest space dedicated to eclecticism - a combination of unusual style combined with various elements for leisure and relaxation. The exposure of the garden to the banks of the Sava River creates a fairy-tale atmosphere where in the shade of the property you can enjoy a direct view of the blue surrounding you. Guests can also enjoy the pontoon in front of the house - it is possible to swim, sunbathe, and fish directly from the pontoon, as well as access by boat. In addition to various garden furniture and a part of the house that is covered, guests can also relax outside in the jacuzzi tub. A private raft with mooring and access for a boat is also available, as well as SUP boards on special request.

In the lower part of the yard is a fire pit barbecue area, where you can prepare specialties on the fire, grill and other elements (talandara, kettle, sač). Coloring books and various other games are available for the youngest guests. This place is also ideal for soaking up the sun's rays during summer days.
