Description: Villa Favola is a house with a swimming pool at the end of Mirijevo. It is about 20 minutes away from the center of Belgrade by car, or the same amount by highway from New Belgrade. The house is isolated in a quiet part of the village, surrounded by nature, with a view of fields and hills. In the yard with a swimming pool (swimming pool 3.5 x 5.5 meters, 1.20m and 1.50m deep), there is a large space for celebrations, size 90m2, all in glass, with windows and a roof (pergola) that opens. Inside the space there is one small toilet and a small kitchen with a fridge, wine fridge, sink, kettle, coffee machine and a bar (equipped with glasses for all kinds of drinks, large and small plates, dishes, metal dishes for hot food, escajga, serving utensils).
The space is intended for all kinds of celebrations, with a maximum capacity of 80 guests. Bachelorette parties, bachelorette parties, smaller weddings, teambuilding events, corporate celebrations, children's birthdays, child birth celebrations, thirtieth birthdays, retirement send-offs. . . we can organize everything. And the house is also ideal for socializing, gathering family and friends.
There are 10 low tables and 40 chairs for sitting, as well as 10 bar tables and 20 chairs, plus places at the bar.
In terms of equipment, the space includes a laptop with a genius 5in1 speaker system, a comfortable seating area, deckchairs for sunbathing, a pool table, darts, table tennis, a barbecue, a kettle. If necessary, we can set up a playroom for small children, bring out a trampoline, a slide, a small basket and a goal. The villa can be rented by the day, as a daily option with check out until 02:00 after midnight, and you can also stay overnight in the apartments inside the villa, when check out is until 10:00 the next day (or booking for several days). All kinds of celebrations are allowed, with the exception that we have special, strict rules for birthdays between the ages of 15 and 20.
There are 3 apartments in the house (2 standard and 1 luxury). The standard apartments are on the first floor, each has its own bathroom with shower, terrace, 1 double bed and 1 corner set / sofa bed. The Lux apartment occupies the entire lower floor, has a separate bedroom with a large double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, while in the living room there is a sofa bed and another bathroom with a shower cabin. The Lux apartment also has a large kitchen, as well as a direct exit to the yard with a swimming pool. Maximum overnight capacity - 12 people (4 per apartment), plus we can additionally install a cot for a baby and 1 inflatable bed for a child.
