The house is built on two levels. The upper floor is reserved for peace and relaxation, with two separate bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, and the other a large double bed and an additional extra bed. Both rooms open onto a large terrace with direct views of the river. The lower level combines the living room, dining room and kitchen into a single, open space that leads to another large terrace with a view of the water. In addition, there is a spacious, modernly equipped bathroom on the ground floor.
The interior and exterior of the yard are equipped with catering furniture including tables, chairs, umbrellas, refrigerators, RGB ambient lighting, sound system and ornamental plants. The raft belonging to the house offers maximum comfort by the river, with comfortable garden chairs, deck chairs and lounge chairs that provide a special atmosphere when swimming and spending time on the water.
The accommodation capacity includes two bedrooms, four beds (including extra beds), a living room with a sofa bed for two to three people, one bathroom and one separate toilet.
