Description: I'm currently looking for an apartment with preferrably a sea view or which is in a very central location in Tivat, Herceg Novi or even Kotor for under 1k a month.

2 Years rent or 1 year minimum would work for me starting from October this year.

I travel frequently and plan to live in Montenegro for a few months of the year, yet for the months I'm not there, I'd like to be able to get the permission to sublet so I can rent the place out when I'm not there.

I'm happy to pay an extra deposit or even higher rent than usual to ensure that the property will be taken care of. Will schedule regular cleaning and maintenance with locals and cover any damages.
