Located in Mala Ivanča, along the Kragujevac road, this house offers everything you need for a quality stay in nature, with the comfort of a modern home.
The spacious yard surrounded by conifers offers an ideal setting for relaxation and socializing. In front of the house there is a large terrace of as much as 100 square meters, a prefabricated pool for refreshment on warm days, a sports field for recreation, as well as a covered plateau with a fireplace that is perfect for barbecues and gatherings. Several landscaped green areas allow children and pets to play safely, while parking space is also provided.
The interior of the house is arranged in a way that provides functionality and comfort. In the main part there is a living room with a sofa bed that can sleep two people, along with a kitchen that is separated by a bar. On the landing there is a bathroom and a room with a 1.20 m wide bed, while on the first floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed, an additional mobile extra bed and the possibility of placing a baby cot. In the lower part of the house there is another bathroom, a laundry room and a modern kitchen that opens onto the courtyard, making this space ideal for a longer stay.
There are two bedrooms with four beds in total, with the possibility of additional accommodation, while the house has two bathrooms and two toilets.
