Description: For sale: old stone ruin with a plot in the village of Lapčići above Budva.

An ideal property for investment in a village that has become very popular in recent years for villa rentals.

The house is completely collapsed, without a roof, with remaining side walls, from which much can be reused in restoration.

According to the documents, the house has a base area of 110 m², with 90 m² of the ground floor and 90 m² of the upper floor registered, which could be rebuilt in the future. One major advantage of such properties is that no utility fees are required. A renovation permit is obtained instead.

The house has access from two sides. There is a yard of about 150 m², and the house offers a beautiful sea view.

Clean ownership papers.

Note: these are typical old stone ruins found in Montenegrin villages. They are usually semi-detached, but this house has the potential for complete separation. The owner also has a conceptual design.
