Description: Is there no ideal weekend house for celebrations in Belgrade? This facility will convince you that there is one. Act on time and book a new facility in the offer that has just opened its calendar and we doubt that the dates will remain free for long. Villa Euforia has all the elements for the perfect celebration, bachelor or bachelorette party, birthday, team building or vacation.

Only 30 minutes from the city — a heated swimming pool, a brand new, designer-designed villa, sound system, a large indoor jacuzzi, and all around only nature and a priceless view. The villa offers complete peace, but also the opportunity for you not to disturb others' peace in those memorable moments — when we celebrate and when we want to be carefree.

The spacious courtyard completes the atmosphere that combines luxury, fun and complete hedonism. The villa is easy to reach from all directions. Although isolated in its peace and natural surroundings, the center of Barajevo, a gas station, restaurants, shops, exchange offices, pharmacies and everything else you might need are only 10 minutes away. There is also a simple option for food delivery to the property. The villa is brand new, the works were completed at the end of 2025, and this summer the villa opened its doors to all guests at full capacity. Take the opportunity to be original and dazzle your guests as one of the first visitors to this wonderful property.

The villa in a luxuriously designed and air-conditioned space contains 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a large living room connected to a modern stylish open concept kitchen. The living room has a large sofa with a folding option for sleeping, which can sleep up to 4 people. The total sleeping capacity is 7-8 people, while up to 40 people are allowed during the stay during celebrations. The villa also has a sound system, so you don't have to have that additional expense if you are celebrating some special moments.

In front of the villa itself is a porch that was the most beautiful part of this property for us from the Weekendica/ApartmaniVikendice team when we visited it, and we are sure it will be for you too, because it offers a dramatic view of the pool, glades, forests and the beautiful green landscape that surrounds you. In front of the villa there is a parking lot large enough for several vehicles.

We are waiting for you!
