Description: The real estate agency Kaiser Immobilien puts on the market a beautiful building plot located at the very top of Veli Lošinj with an absolutely stunning view of its historical center and the sea. An ideal property for those looking for untouched nature, peace and quiet near the shore with excellent natural conditions (Lošinj has a long tradition of treatment of respiratory diseases with natural healing factors).

The land was originally an old olive grove and is surrounded by centuries-old pine forest, which makes this location extremely attractive for lovers of natural beauty of the island of Lošinj.

The land has a regular shape and is slightly inclined towards the north, i.e. towards the town.
It is only 650 meters from the sea, and 350 meters from the central city parking lot.
Although access to the land by car along the route of the existing road is currently not possible (as well as to the majority of properties in Veli Lošinj), there is a pedestrian path through which smaller vehicles such as tricycles and similar means of transport can pass. However, this apparent minus only further adds to the uniqueness of the place and underlines the divine calm that reigns over it....
