Description: ID 1555. Furnished three-bedroom apartment of 130 m² on the absolute first row to the sea in Dobrota, right at the start of the neighbourhood, only a 10-minute walk from Kotor Old Town. A large terrace opens onto a direct, panoramic view of the Kotor Bay and the surrounding mountains — the headline feature of the property.

The apartment has three bedrooms and two comfortable bathrooms, both fitted with bathtubs. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens into the dining and living area, forming one spacious zone with direct access to the terrace. Climate is handled by five split AC units, one per room, ensuring comfort through the whole summer. Heating is central pellet — quiet and economical for winter. A garage is included.

First-row-to-the-sea positions are rare in this zone and rent quickly. Dobrota has become the preferred long-term address for tenants who want life by the water without the crowds of the Old Town. Restaurants, the marina and the seafront promenade are all within a few minutes. Tivat Airport is 8 km away.

The asking rent is €1,500 per month, with a minimum 12-month lease. A standard deposit and notary-signed rental contract apply.

Fast response, discretion and a serious approach are guaranteed. Move-in possible immediately upon signature.
