It is ideally located, in the immediate vicinity of the city center, while it is about 1 hour and 20 minutes drive from Belgrade.

Villa "Kassiopi" offers guests a comfortable and spacious corner for relaxation, both inside the house itself and with the beautiful view of the river that stretches out in front of it. Kayaking, fishing equipment, a barbecue for gourmet specialties are available, as well as the possibility of organizing gatherings and celebrations.

The facility is ideal for city breaks, gatherings, celebrations and all types of rentals in accordance with the house rules. During the day, the villa can accommodate up to 10 people.

The cottage is spread over the ground floor and the first floor, from which there is access to a small terrace. The ground floor has a spacious living room, equipped kitchen and bathroom, while the first floor has sleeping capacity. There are two single beds and one double bed, making the villa suitable for up to 4 people. The interior is air-conditioned, modernly equipped and contains all the necessary guest toilets.

There are famous taverns and the city beach near the villa, which further enriches the offer for guests who want to explore local specialties and enjoy the charms of the Danube. A kayak is available with the rental of the facility, and there is also the possibility of renting a boat for an additional fee.
