Description: In Begovo Razdolje, at 1,078 meters above sea level, an existing hotel facility with a total net area of approximately 2,218 m² is for sale, located on a spacious building plot of approximately 8,659 m². The hotel is currently out of operation and requires renovation of the exterior and interior, but the existing structure, the size of the land and the prepared project documentation open up a very wide space for a new positioning of the facility.

According to the existing layout, the hotel has 42 double rooms, or a capacity of 84 beds. The facility is solidly built, and in addition to the accommodation area, it also includes areas that served as a restaurant, cafe bar, hotel lobby, social and auxiliary rooms, and other facilities characteristic of a hotel of this size. Part of the work for the future wellness facility has already begun, including certain rough construction works and installations.

The property comes with project documentation and a conceptual concept for the renovation of the existing hotel into a modern four-star mountain wellness resort....
