Realitica.com is a free online classifieds for real estate for sale and rent. We would like to emphasize that we are not an agency and we do not sell real estate directly. Each user's ads are immediately publicly visible in all relevant searches. Advertising on realica.com is free for agencies and individuals.

Terms of Use

• It is not allowed to advertise items or services that are prohibited by law.
• It is not allowed to advertise items or services that you are not legally authorized to sell or offer.
• You must not misclassify an ad.
• You may not post the same or very similar ad multiple times.
• You are required to enter your legal first and last name, ID number from your indentity card, and your residential address under "Change User Data". This data is private, but can be forwarded to authorities upon request, as regulated by law.
• If you advertise long-term apartment rentals, you need to verify your account with a local card or a local phone.
